Sentinel Informer Functionalities
Transaction Control via Subscription: When a customer is signed up, his/her personal information is updated and checked so all of the transactions done in the different channels can be controlled: credit cards, electronic transactions, automated tellers, etc.
Behavior Criteria Definition: SENTINEL INFORMER is able to individually register profiles for each customer to receive warnings.
Source of Criteria: The bank can predefine criteria for the customer that can only be changed upon the customer’s request. The customer can also authorize the bank to carry out specific actions when there’s a predetermined warning.
Subscription to One or Several Products: The customer may sign up to have the following monitored: his/her credit and debit cards, bank accounts, electronic branch, and all the financial products that the bank deems appropriate and enables.
Warning Differentiation: SENTINEL INFORMER makes it possible to differentiate the warnings based on territory, whether they’re generated by local or international operations.
Product Identification By Means Of an “Alias”: For better customer security, the names of the different financial products can be customized using names that are easy for the customer to remember so that the account or card number is not transmitted.
Customized Warnings: Cases can be personalized with this system when warnings must be sent a different way, such as through emails or SMS messages to cell phones, during specific time periods, or by enabling them to be sent to multiple recipients (family members or other people the customer trusts).
Individualized Warning Systems: SENTINEL INFORMER can be used by the customer to define different warning systems for each of the financial products that are being monitored in the system.
Discretion: Specific warning reports use a format that protects the customer’s privacy, by means of SMS messages that include only the information necessary to identify the transaction.
